Strawberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon date syrup
1/8 cup monk fruit sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add the chopped strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, date syrup, monk fruit sugar, water, and vanilla extract.
Add the strawberry puree to the yogurt mixture and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top of each mold.
Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully set.
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds and then gently pull them out.
